All local pickup orders must be placed through our website, even if you plan to pay with cash at pickup.

Tap-to-Pay is also available at pickup.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a text within 24 hours (often sooner) with pickup instructions. Please do not arrive at the pickup location until you have received a text confirming that your order is ready for pickup.

Same-day pickup may be available based on inventory and availability.

Please provide a valid phone number at checkout so we can contact you regarding your order.

Orders not picked up within 5 days of confirmation may be shipped at the customer’s expense. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be canceled.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or text.

Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Fridays may not be processed until the following business day.

All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, KiDior Kollection is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. For delivery-related concerns, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order, as KiDior Kollection is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Local delivery is available for select areas. Delivery fees apply and are calculated based on your location.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a text within 24 hours (often sooner) to confirm your delivery date, time, and delivery fee.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed-upon delivery time. If we are unable to complete the delivery due to no response or an incorrect address, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Same-day delivery may be available based on availability and inventory.
